Real Talk Furs Austin
is a group for Austin furries who want to have fun with fellow furs and are open to giving and receiving support from their community with personal, societal, and mental health struggles. We believe in community education, human rights, and radical acceptance. We ask our members to lead by example, live authentically, and welcome those who recognize what 'furry' can be. This is a community for furries that want a safe place to talk about mental health, personal struggles, and societal issues, but not limited to these topics.

Real Talk Fur All is a furry group started in Austin, Texas. We believe that open moderation and talking about mental health, personal problems, and current issues affecting us all are a vital part of a truly inclusive, safe, and supportive community. We discuss these topics in good faith, hold ourselves accountable for our words and actions, and share our stories freely, fully, and without fear.
This is a group for those who are brave enough to be honest with themselves and others. A community built on accepting and supporting everyone as they are and as they define themselves proudly, in defiance of what society tells us. It starts with us living it, leading by example, and welcoming those who recognize what 'furry' can be.
